Mill Wood Rural House Design Idea with Home Sauna

This wooden house is a manifestation of the ritual bath and home sauna. The rural house design is an annex of an old farmhouse in the rural area of southeastern Sweden, transformed into a holiday home for a family nearby Malmo City. Apart from the home sauna and dedicated spaces for clothing, bath and relax, the House Mill is also a small house for rest. Traditional rite of the home sauna is support the intense heat and immediately refresh in cold water. The farmhouse design has a creek which covers this purpose, so a small swimming pool was built neighboring to the home sauna. The exposed construction quality shows unusual carpentry excellence of rural house architecture.
