Standing on 1,200 square meters home landscape with significant fall from the street, this Minimalist Extravagance Home Design has beautiful views over Pittwater and surrounding area. Home landscape is extraordinarily twisted with its longest restrictions successively east-west allowing for orientation to the north with magnificent views. All rooms in this Minimalist Extravagance Home Design tried to maintaining views of Pittwater from every room, at same time a slender footprint to allow for cross ventilation and solar access to all rooms. This house was design by Gartner Trovato Architects with 3 floor plans where the main circulation space working along the south of the house as the main circulation spine. The singular levels are connected by 2 of flights stairs and voids that overlap to increase the sense of space. At the upper floor plan there are contains dining and living areas, main living spaces including kitchen, as well as a bar/cellar, powder room and access to 3 outdoor living spaces, while master suite room was located at the middle floor.
