Just like the main purpose that was mentioned before Morgan Lovell Headquarters architecture design aimed to transform the old office into a model of modern sustainability and also set it self an ambitious challenge. This purpose was succeeds achieved at March 2008 and this Sustainable office Architecture Design get highest scoring development of its type in the UK. Furniture from the old office was reused into new Sustainable office, and products including flooring and furniture source as locally as possible with a high recycled content and themselves recyclable. Features of the refurbishment include recycled plastic bottles for kitchen surfaces and clay based paints to reduce solvent emissions.
